Where are your morals?&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>By the time Norman made it to the front door, the child had ran to a woman pushing a stroller and together they left the scene.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/17\/17\/79058143-12874047-A_young_child_is_seen_snatching_an_Amazon_package_from_Jasmin_No-m-12_1702832529559.jpg\" height=\"342\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>A young child is seen snatching an Amazon package from\u00a0Jasmin Norman&#8217;s front porch in\u00a0West Price Hill, Cincinnati, Ohio on Friday night<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/17\/16\/79058137-12874047-image-m-48_1702831264263.jpg\" height=\"487\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Norman said that this is not the first time that a package pirate has taken from her front porch and that she plans to get a post office box for her family now\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The video starts as the toddler, wearing a blue skirt, pink tights, and white winter jacket walks up Norman&#8217;s front porch alone.<\/p>\n<p>Once they make it to the top of the steps, the child bends down and grabs the Amazon package from the foot of the door.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The toddler then turns around, walks down the steps slowly, and then rushes off when they reach the bottom.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Footage did not capture the child running to a female with a stroller, but Norman said that she saw that on her own.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I see what looks to be a mother walking with a stroller, and the baby running up to the lady pushing the stroller and just kept on about her day. It&#8217;s very uncomfortable,&#8217; Norman said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Norman revealed that the package was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift to her from her husband. She also said that this is the second instance that a package has been stolen off her front porch.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Her and her family have now thought about leaving the neighborhood, even though they moved there just three months ago.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I&#8217;m shocked that I can&#8217;t feel comfortable to receive a package or potentially any other mail to my home because others feel free to take it,&#8217; Norman said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/17\/17\/79058145-12874047-The_young_child_wore_a_white_winter_coat_a_blue_skirt_and_pink_t-m-13_1702832622346.jpg\" height=\"328\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The young child wore a white winter coat, a blue skirt and pink tights as they took the package off of Norman&#8217;s porch\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/17\/16\/79058139-12874047-image-m-52_1702831476370.jpg\" height=\"352\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I hope that baby gets help more than the adult. With the way that child is being coached and led right now, that child does not have a bright future,&#8217; Norman said<\/p>\n<p>Besides feeling frustrated and baffled by the bizarre moment, Norman is confused how a mother could teach their toddler to do such a thing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I hope that baby gets help more than the adult. With the way that child is being coached and led right now, that child does not have a bright future,&#8217; Norman said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Norman went on to report the theft to the Cincinnati Police Department who are investigating the situation. She can&#8217;t report her stolen package to Amazon until Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>West Price Hill has a population of 22,898 and is located in Hamilton County.
