Email tips@dailymail.com\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Police are appealing for information after a man was &#8216;seriously&#8217; sexually assaulted in north Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>Officers said the man was on his way to work when he was attacked on Hendham Vale in Harpurhey at around 8:15am on Monday December 4.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The force described it as a &#8216;horrific and distressing\u00a0crime&#8217; and added there will be extra officers in the area to &#8216;reassure&#8217; the public.<\/p>\n<p>The male offender is described as black, in his mid-30s and around six-feet tall, according to Greater Manchester Police.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They said he was wearing a snood, baseball cap and black hoodie, black jogging bottoms with white markings going down one side and trailing on the floor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/10\/18\/78794325-12847655-image-a-1_1702233833913.jpg\" height=\"437\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Officers said the man was on his way to work when he was attacked on Hendham Vale in Harpurhey at around 8:15am on Monday December 4<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/10\/18\/78794323-12847655-image-a-2_1702233840373.jpg\" height=\"418\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The force described it as a &#8216;horrific and distressing crime &#8216;
