{"id":193241,"date":"2023-09-05T13:24:38","date_gmt":"2023-09-05T13:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tokenstalk.info\/?p=193241"},"modified":"2023-09-05T13:24:38","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T13:24:38","slug":"briton-gang-raped-by-israelis-in-cyprus-was-dragged-into-hotel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tokenstalk.info\/world-news\/briton-gang-raped-by-israelis-in-cyprus-was-dragged-into-hotel\/","title":{"rendered":"Briton &apos;gang raped by Israelis&apos; in Cyprus &apos;was dragged&apos; into hotel"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>EXCLUSIVE: British woman, 20, &#8216;gang raped by five Israelis&#8217; in Cyprus &#8216;was forcefully dragged&#8217; into hotel room and has injuries consistent with an attack<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>British woman was allegedly attacked by Israeli men at Fedrania Gardens Hotel\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A British girl who says she was gang raped by five Israeli men while on holiday in Cyprus has &#8216;bruises and injuries&#8217; consistent with an attack, a leaked report has revealed.<\/p>\n<p>The 20-year-old woman, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, reported to authorities that he had been targeted last Sunday while in the party resort of Ayia Napa.<\/p>\n<p>Police immediately rounded up the five suspects after the woman had made a &#8216;concise and detailed&#8217; complaint and officers also spoke with her friends.<\/p>\n<p>The case bears a harrowing similarity to one in the same report in 2019 and also involving a British girl who was gang raped by a group of Israelis.<\/p>\n<p>They were initially rounded up and later released with the victim from Derbyshire astonishingly being charged and later convicted with wasting police time.<\/p>\n<p>However, she later won her case on appeal and the offence was overturned on appeal by the Cyprus supreme Court after the story made headlines around the world.<\/p>\n<p>In the latest case, the MailOnline can exclusively reveal the incident took place at the three-star Fedrania Gardens Hotel after the girl was invited to a party there as she was staying elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/05\/13\/75032789-12482519-Tourists_stand_on_a_newly_opened_beach_on_October_9_2020_in_the_-a-32_1693916081724.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Tourists stand on a newly opened beach on October 9, 2020 in Famagusta, Cyprus (file image)<\/p>\n<p>The leaked report details her injury \u2013 including grip marks &#8211; and adds who she told police she was &#8216;forcefully dragged&#8217; to a room at the hotel and attacked by the group.<\/p>\n<p>Officers are expected to examine CCTV from the hotel to verify her claims and a source said they would be keen to avoid any accusations of &#8216;brushing it under the carpet&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Sheets and clothing the girl and the group were wearing have been sent for forensic examination as part of the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>In her account the woman said: &#8216;At a certain point, they approached me and started flirting with me.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>She goes on to say that two went up to a room with her where she was assaulted, and others followed her and she immediately reported the incident to hotel security staff.<\/p>\n<p>The group \u2013 who are all Arab-Israelis from the town of Majd-al Krum, ten miles from Acre \u2013 deny any wrong doing and insist the sexual encounter was consensual.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/05\/13\/47766343-12482519-Some_of_the_seven_male_Israeli_tourists_arrive_to_appear_before_-a-31_1693915957829.jpg\" height=\"448\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The case bears a harrowing similarity to one in the same report in 2019 and also involving a British girl who was gang raped by a group of Israelis. Some of the seven male Israeli tourists arrive to appear before Famagusta District Court in Paralimni, Cyprus, 26 July 2019<\/p>\n<p>Their lawyer, who also represented the previous group, Nir Yaslovitz, said:&#8217;The case is only the preliminary investigation stage, and at this point, I suggest we maintain composure before jumping to conclusions.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I intend to do everything in my power to secure their release from custody.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The men alleged between 19-20 years old have been remanded until a further hearing next week.<\/p>\n<p>A receptionist at the Fedrania Gardens told MailOnline: &#8216;We are not allowed to say anything.
