BBC Breakfast presenter Carol Kirwood has forecasted the “sunniest and warmest” weather is to be enjoyed in the western regions of the United Kingdom. On the other hand, the weatherwoman predicted that a cold front is to move in from the northeast bring clouds and fog sweeping across parts of England and Eastern Scotland. Northern Ireland and West Wales are the places set to enjoy the balmiest conditions with temperatures predicted to land in the mid-twenties.
Ms Kirkwood told BBC Breakfast: “This morning once again we are being dominated by high pressure.
“There is some mist and some fog around, some low cloud as well.
“A lot of that will break but not all of it as we go through the course of the day.
