The quadruple fatal crash happened on Sunday evening in Poinciana, about 35 miles south of Orlando, at the intersection of San Miguel Street at Laurel Avenue.

The collision killed the 50-year-old female driver, Trinidad Hernandez, and three children aged one, nine and 11. It also left a 52-year-old male seriously injured.

Florida Highway Patrol said the crash was caused by the teenage driver who failed to stop at a stop sign while speeding.

‘ALL 3 OF MY KIDS WE’RE PRONOUNCED DEAD TODAY IN A CAR ACCIDENT!’ the kids’ heartbroken father Mickey Hernandez-Morillo wrote on Facebook.

‘I WANT YOU GUYS BACK!!’ said the Puerto Rico native, who lives in Orlando.

The teen driver was reportedly driving a 2012 Chevrolet Impala that was carrying three other 15-year-old boys.

The front of his car slammed into the left side of the family’s SUV, a 2022 Honda HR-V, which then spun out and hit a light pole.

The SUV’s driver and one child were pronounced dead at the scene. The two other children died in the hospital, per authorities.

The teen driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, as were his three passengers, who had non-life-threatening injuries.

Witness Michele Torres told Click Orlando that people often ignore the stop signs in Laurel Avenue, which is ‘known for speeding.’

She told the local news outlet that she assisted the teenage driver, helping him calm down and making sure he stayed at the scene.

‘That’s all he kept asking me is, ‘”am I going to jail? Ma’am, am I going to jail?”‘ Torres claimed.

Florida Highway Patrol will investigate the deadly crash.

It’s not clear whether the teen driver will face charges.
