(Reuters) – Dell Technologies Inc, is nearing a deal to sell its cloud business Boomi to private-equity firms TPG and Francisco Partners, The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday.
The deal values Boomi at $4 billion including debt, WSJ reported here, citing people familiar with the matter.
